To eat is to live. Eating is one of the most important aspects of life. It sustains us, and keeps us and our children healthy. It should also be an enjoyable and social activity, ripe with nourishment for our souls as well as our bodies. In our culture, we have never been blessed with more food to eat, but the quality of much of it is highly questionable, if not downright lethal.
